Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, please ensure:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of receipt

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • You include the original receipt or proof of purchase


How to Return a Product

To initiate a return:

  2. Ship the item to the return address we provide.

  3. Make sure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7โ€“10 business days.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Shoes that have been worn or damaged by the customer

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order.


Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was received damaged or defective. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fee.
